Gosh – what have you done? I almost thought this post was a haiku poem…
Nothing so clever, I’m afraid – just a gasp of frustration!
I’m in the grip of a fierce back spasm – I foolishly picked up something which turned out to be too heavy, and set off an old car injury back problem. I did bend my knees though 😉
Ouch! poor you – I really can sympathise, having had back trouble myself over the years. Hope you’re feeling better soon.
Thank you – there have been big improvements, but I still get the odd stab! Hope yours is ok. Been frustrating not being able to plant our lovely haul from Hampton Court! 😦
Ouch, sending get well wishes your way. Back pain is so hard to cope with. Sorry.
Thank you for your lovely sympathetic message!
Back pain is no fun–I hope you feel better very soon.
Thank you – it’s getting better slowly 🙂 At least I’m up and about – just being very careful…
